Let me share this story (some of you may have heard this). Once a woman was traveling in a train with two children who were noisy. The woman appeared lost and was not concerned with what was happening in the coach. An angry passenger shouted at the woman and asked her to take care of her children. Later, the passengers came to know that she was going to her mother's place after the funeral of her husband, who died in an accident.
The picture completely changed and everyone started playing with the children. The noise was not a issue anymore.
Sometimes at our workplace, we too behave very similar to what the irritated passenger did.
